• Prepare a demand draft of Rs. 600/- drawn in favour of "HDF School of Management" payable at Bhubaneswar.
• Print out the completed application form that appears on screen after submitting the online application form.
• Send the completed application form, the demand draft and needed documents to the Admission Office on or before the last date of form submission.
